BFree: Wraps and O’Briens Sandwiches

  

I first came across BFree and their Multigrain Wraps at the allergy show back in June (see my post about it) and it was definitely one of the highlights. This is the first time id come across proper gluten free ‘tortilla’ wraps after years of looking on with jealously when my friends ordered their fajitas. These wraps from BFree are the real deal – my wheat eating friends say they can’t tell the difference! They hold together well, you can freeze them and defrost them very quickly at mealtimes but best of all, they are only 99 calories each!  Compare this to 200 calories per wrap of a leading brand of wheat tortillas this makes them a healthier alternative. What’s more, you could replace your usual gluten free sandwiches with these wraps for a lower calorie lunch, a leading brand of gluten free bread has up to 210 calories per two slices. Pizza Express New Gluten Free Menu

Well done Pizza Express!  Having spent years missing out on trips here they have now launched a new gluten free menu with NGCI accreditation.  I went to sample the menu when it launched in April 2013 but I went back last night and yet again it was fantastic.
